One more cube: right prism ;) and wallpapers
by cyberorg, Wednesday, November 7th, 2007 @ 5:45 pm

I have added a couple of new plugins to home:cyberorg repo, a photowheel plugin developed by b0le which allows you to put another cube inside the cube with photos you select, it can rotate in the center or wheel around the cube. Works with minimum three images.

Also included for the first time is wallpaper plugin by Robert Carr, that allows you to set different wallpapers on each face of the cube.

Wallpaper plugin requires patched nautilus and eel packages from the same repository.  To add wallpapers the following have to be typed in manually in ccsm:

“file:///full/path/to/image.png:1 “

Cube transparency is lost, but opacity of the wallpaper can be set in the last field i.e, have anything less than 1 there, shows wallpaper behind the top one if you have more than few set.

Happy Diwali!

Thanks!!! I finally installed your git packages, and work fine.

But I’d like to ask the same as Max, ¿what about KDE?

There will be no support for multiple KDE desktops like precompiled binaries for novice users, etc… no ask again…

KDE is superior to Gnome . Please make the plugins available to both platforms .

You don’t know. Both are good. Betterness is in the head. Differs per person. I think it’s fair off, to make it available for both.
