Today, the 9. November, is a dark day for the German history. For example there where following events on this date:

* 1923 Hitler Putsch in Munich

* 1938 “Reichskristallnacht”

* 2001 “Anti-Terror-Gesetze”

Today, we got another one for the list. The Bundestag in Berlin decided about the so called “Vorratsdatenspeicherung” (saving all internet connection, fax, phone and mobile phone logs from the providers for at least 6 months).

Let’s all hope that the people at the Bundesverfassungsgericht are at least a little bit more sane than the people that where elected to lead this country.
